How does your team rate?

Hi! Welcome to the Mathman soccer ratings website, where we rate U15 and U16 girls soccer teams on a national basis.

Over the past three years, Mathman has been rating soccer teams based on an algorithm we developed that uses the scores of actual games, starting at U11 for the U16 teams. As of the current update, we've rated over 90,900 U16 games and 101,200 U15 games.

We expect to publish ratings for the GU14 teams in the Fall of 2008.

Make a selection on the right to see how your team rates, by state, region, or nationally. We only give the ratings if your team is a premier team in a league or tournament that we cover (about 300 divisions of 95 leagues, and over 600 tournaments). If your team has played fewer than 20 games, your rating is provisional, and marked with an asterisk. If your team doesn’t show up yet, keep playing in tournaments and your league, and it will show up soon.
